Refund Policy
If the conditions below are met, refunds will be processed to your original payment method โ UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or bank transfer for COD orders โ within 5โ7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 72 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 87670 34238 or email at support@jhauri.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. Please do not ship the item back on your own without confirmation from our team.
Return Conditions
- The return request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and pouches must be intact
- Original order confirmation or invoice must be provided
Shipping & Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or different from what was ordered. In such cases, Jhauri will cover all return shipping costs and process a full refund including original delivery charges.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings that have been worn (hygiene reasons) โ returnable only if unused and in original sealed packaging
- Customised or personalised jewellery pieces
- Items purchased during a final sale or marked non-returnable at time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
