Jhauri is a multi-vendor marketplace. Products listed on the platform are sold by independent brand partners who are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, images, and specifications.

  • We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, prices, or images are error-free
  • Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings and photography
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable after order placement

4. Pricing

  • All prices on jhauri.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund

5. Orders & Contract

  • Placing an order on Jhauri constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product
  • Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — in which case a full refund will be issued

6. Payment

  • We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay
  • All online payments are processed securely. We do not store your card or bank details
  • COD is available on eligible pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000
  • In case of payment failure, please do not re-attempt until you confirm the status with us to avoid duplicate charges

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately at support@jhauri.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jhauri shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products
  • Any loss of data, revenue, or profit
  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
  • Product descriptions or inaccuracies provided by third-party brand partners

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
