Refund Policy

If the conditions below are met, refunds will be processed to your original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or bank transfer for COD orders — within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. Please do not ship the item back on your own without confirmation from our team.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and pouches must be intact
• Original order confirmation or invoice must be provided

Shipping & Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or different from what was ordered. In such cases, Jhauri will cover all return shipping costs and process a full refund including original delivery charges.

• Earrings that have been worn (hygiene reasons) — returnable only if unused and in original sealed packaging
• Customised or personalised jewellery pieces
• Items purchased during a final sale or marked non-returnable at time of purchase
