If the conditions below are met, refunds will be processed to your original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or bank transfer for COD orders — within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or different from what was ordered. In such cases, Jhauri will cover all return shipping costs and process a full refund including original delivery charges.
