All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable after order placement

All prices on jhauri.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change without notice
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund

Placing an order on Jhauri constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — in which case a full refund will be issued

We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay
All online payments are processed securely. We do not store your card or bank details
COD is available on eligible pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000
In case of payment failure, please do not re-attempt until you confirm the status with us to avoid duplicate charges
